Welcome! I'm Sierra Payne.

I am a 28 year-old photographer from Fort McMurray, Alberta. capturing love stories with an authentic eye is what I am most passionate about.

I have always loved taking photos, I remember getting my first digital camera when I was around 11 or 12 years old. I brought that thing with me everywhere, and I took photos of pretty much everything you could imagine. The battery would run out constantly. Shortly after, at 13, I began taking a photography class as an elective and I think that's where my love really bloomed. On Christmas Day of 2016 I was gifted my first DSLR camera and was so happy that I cried. From then on, I was always having my friends come out for photoshoots and any other photography work I could get my hands on, just for fun.

Once 2020 and the pandemic rolled around, I of course was out of a job and had a lot of free time to myself in my little apartment. I began to experiment with self portraits more and more, and my passion for photography was brought to life again. I have since met my husband, and he has given me the support and the push I really needed to pursue photography as a full-time career.
